A Note to our iOS 10 Users

Update Oct. 13, 2016: Medtones Are Back; More About iOS 10
We’re hard at work on these updates and always have your health in mind. We take into account all your suggestions and messages – please continue to send ideas, questions and comments to [email protected]
To those of you on iOS 10 experiencing springboard crashes, we understand how frustrating they can be and we’re working on squashing that bug day and night.
We have confirmed with the Apple team that Medtones are not the cause and have returned them in our 5.1.3 release. To get them after updating, just tap your profile image >> Tap Settings >> Tap Medtones and select your favorite.
Still having issues on iOS 10 after install? You may need to force restart your iPhone: Hold both the Sleep/Wake and Home buttons simultaneously for at least 10 seconds, until you see the Apple logo. It will reboot iOS 10, don’t worry, all your data is safe while it powers up again.
Again, please keep sending your comments and suggestions!
To Your Health,
The Medisafe Team

To Our iPhone Users (Sept. 19, 2016) :

On Sept. 13, Apple released its new iOS 10 operating system update for iPhones. It’s an exciting new update that introduces upgraded notifications and widgets for your home screen, among other upgrades. Unfortunately it also causes some apps to shut down and return to the iOS 10 lock screen (technically called a “springboard crash“) for some iPhone users who have updated to iOS 10, depending on their device.
If you see this happen on your devices, rest assured your data is safe and we have been working non-stop since it was uncovered to identify the cause with Apple and will be introducing a fix very shortly. We know how crucial it is to receive your meds updates and notifications and take this issue very seriously – it is the core of what we’re all about.
For example, one cause we’ve identified with the Apple iOS 10 team is that Medtones on some devices are causing crashes. Because our primary mission is to keep you safe and on track with your meds, we’ve temporarily replaced the Medtones with the Apple system default to keep you on track. Meanwhile we are jointly working on a fix with Apple to bring back Medtones in the upcoming release.
If you have any concerns or questions, please don’t hesitate to contact us at [email protected].
Sincelerly,
The Medisafe Team
