Why don’t I have sound notifications when my device is silent? – Android
Unfortunately we cannot offer sound reminders in silent mode as this feature is not supported on some Android devices and had to remove this option. Currently the sound will use the same level of your device sound.
There may be Do Not Disturb settings, where you can have your phone on ‘Do Not Disturb’, but set it to allow Medisafe to remind you while in this mode. There may also be alarm apps that you can download which can override this option.
We are working on finding a solution in order to bring this option back. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience in the interim.
